1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details and complete the payment.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled until they have been processed or shipped by the relevant supplier. To do this, please contact orders@24sevenstore.nl.

We accept iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop.

6. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time is usually 3-10 working days depending on the supplier concerned.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your package.

Returns and exchanges

8. How can I return a product?
You can return a product within 14 days after receipt. To report a return, send an email to returns@24sevenstore.nl.

9. Are there any costs associated with returns?
Yes, the return costs are at your own expense.

10. Can I exchange a product?
No, you cannot exchange a product. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product within 14 days and, if desired, order another product.

11. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products have a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects, but not normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse.
